Chase Bays designs and manufactures high end fluid-transfer products for motorsport enthusiasts. Our initial engagement focused heavily on maximizing the value of existing customers through email automation and paid social media. We segmented their customer base, developed and built an email cadence set to trigger as a customer interacted with their site and emails, and retargeted these same customers on social media ads. Our involvement has grown to include prospecting audiences similar to their already devoted fan base with fresh introductory content designed to push newsletter sign ups and ultimately, purchases.
