Insurance, benefits and all that comes along with the process can be confusing, to say the least. For this reason, Springboard Benefits created hello iris! – a benefits management platform that helps streamline the usually complicated process of open enrollment. Because of the complexity of their product, Springboard needed help honing in on their messaging. We helped by performing a brand platform exercise to define messaging strategy, overhauling the website copy, and creating an informational video to help clearly explain what Springboard does. In addition, we trevamped their website – taking it from a homemade template to a custom, robust site.
